ok so i wanted a womens opinion on this so it know it is in the wrong section!. me and my girlfriend have been dating for 3 years and have been talking about what we would do if we ever got married!. i think the time has come for us to make the plunge and get married!. we met at the beach and learned a lot about each other!. i asked her out and it all fell into place!. i was just thinking of taking a trip out to where we met for the proposal!. and i was wonder from a womens prospective would it be better public or private, big or small, or just anything!? tips!? suggestions!?!? this is my sisters yahoo account because i dont have one yet!. please be open and honest with your opinions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, I think it's a wonderful idea to take a trip to the place you met for the proposal and waving your wedding there would be even better! Anyway, it all depends on what kind of girl she is!. If she's fine with anything you do and she thinks it' only really the thought that counts, it could be anything!. If she's the type to show off or if she doesn't care what others think, it could be a public and big thing!. If she's shy, modest, and content with small things, then it just might be small and private that's right for her!. Ask yourself what you think she'd like best!. Oh! Ive been engaged twice and the first time was in a restaurant packed with people and it was completely unexpected as I had never contemplated marriage!. Also felt that i had to say YES!. Looking back at I felt he didnt really know me as I'm quite shy and dont like attention!.The second time was just the two of us and it was a lot more romantic!. firstly wow its a great idea!! i think defiantly small because it feels more personal, pick out her favorite flower !. dont be to extravagant with the proposal make it simple yet effective!. and if you met with alot of people around you then perhaps that's how you should propose!. i mean recreating the feel or atmosphere of how you met would be something to do!. but just be your self cuz that's what she loves in you dont do anything that's not you! hope that helps and gud luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
Im a women and i would love to be proposed to in public the traditional way everyone would be so envious and she would feel so special or watch a couple of girly movies and take a note from them or just ask her how would she like to be proposed to hypathetically and take it from there and that way you know you've done exactly what she talked aboutWww@Answer-Health@Com
Think of what your girlfriend is like it depends on her personality, if she is very family orientated than go for a public one or if you to are very close then go for just you two, i would personally find it a lot more romantic if it was just the two of us, sometimes simple is better!. xWww@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on the woman!. My best friend wants a really public proposal with videotapping and all her family!. My fiance proposed to me when it was just me and him!. I loved it and I wouldn't have it any other way!. Does she like a lot of attention or is she more the intimate "you and me" kind of girl!? I'd definitely take her to the beach though!. That would be really sweet!. Make sure you get on one knee and tell her how much she means to you!. She'll be ecstatic no matter how you do it because she'll get to marry the love of her life :)
