Question: 13 year old needs excersize help!?
Im a 13 year old female
i weight 103lbs
and i want to tone my stomach
what are some ways i can do this at home && when i go to golds gym with my mom!?!?
i dont want to over do it or anything
just slowly
i also want to tone my thighs
my mom has a stair stepper will that help!?!?
how many should i do per day!?!?
any other workout help would be very very helpful

and look under their health section and they always have new tips and exercises you can do at home and they are made for teens so it shouldnt be too hard for you!.!.!.
