ok i dont have a fast metabolism or good bowel movements i probaly go once a week or none at all ,,, yeah sound graoss! but i know i might be packing a xtra few POUNDS in there and want to get rid of this NOW!! any method i should do or Cleanse i should takeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Please see a doctor!! My friend ignored these symptoms for a while and ended up in the hospital with a kidney infection!. By the time she got to the hospital she had passed out and had a fever of 104!. In the mean time, drink lots of water, but please, please see a doctor!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try some laxatives there are kind you can eat, drink or insert anally!. i advise you to seek professional help before doing so!. grapes and cranberry juice have the same effect!. if this doesn't help you could go and get an enema at a clinic!. they will insert a tube in your rectum and flush it out with a solution to help clean your colon!. also change your diet for a while oily and salty foods will clog your insides and take longer to digest, eat dannon active for 2 weeks and lots of fresh fruits and cooked veggies, this change in diet will help shed a few pounds and clean out your body!.

No, that's not natural or normal at all!. You should be going 'poo' MUCH much more than that!.

Before I would suggest laxatives, I would definitely suggest seeing your family doctor!. This is a serious issue that needs professional attention, not Yahoo! Answers answers!.

Before seenig a doctor, I would suggest improving your diet!. What goes in, must come out, so I've got reason to believe that not enough (of the right stuff) is going in!.

You need fiber to help with your bowels!. Grains, Fruits and Vegetables!.

Don't take this lightly if you have been!.

Look online for foods with high fiber!. It is nothing to be ashamed of, I used to be like that!. You can also go to your doctor for some ideas!. Drink lots of water and already mentioned try Metamusil cookies!. Try to avoid laxatives for now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you could take a laxative, but I would only use it once just to kind of flush out your system!. You need to add more water and fiber to your diet!. Cut out alot a junk food!.!.!.!.eat lots of fruit and tons of vegetables! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get more fiber!. You can try incorporating it into your diet!. Or there are fiber additives for drinks!. The most successful way I found was Metamucil pills!. Drink more water!. Not coffee or soda or sugary drinks!.!.!. water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get miralax or something like that!. You mix it in water or juice and it cleans you out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
