Stomach issues...?!


Question: Stomach issues!.!.!.!?
I've had the worst stomach problems during PMS this month!. I'm due to start on Sunday and this has been going on since Wednesday!. I had diarrhea on Wednesday and then became constipated with bad nausea on Thursday!. Today the constipation has been awful!.!.!.my whole abdomen is cramping up and I'm super gassy!. Plus, my muscles in my lower abdomen are really sore (which is normal for me, it happens a day or so before my cramps kick in) and it hurts to try and make a bm!. I'm really sorry about all the gross stuff in this question!.!.!.but I seriously need some relief--any ideas on what might make me feel better!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know how you feel, my stomach gets like that every month!. Use a heating pad or hot water bottle to soothe the aches!. Peppermint tea is awesome!. Pepto or Immodium for the diarrhea, light walking for the constipation and gas :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I didn't believe my mom but drink chamomille tea as often as possibe before, during and right after your period it helps keep your muscles relaxed and you hurt less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I call this 'the period before your period!.' Just stay away from foods that cause the gas!. Sometimes being nervous because you know your period is around the corner can cause this too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like to drink peppermint tea!. It really soothes me when I'm achy or hurtin!. Try it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
