What do you think this could be??!

Question: What do you think this could be!?!?

My husband and i have been TTC, well i thought this month could be my month so i went to the doctor and they ran the blood pregnancy test that only stated yes or no, not the one that shows HCG levels!.It showed negative which that was on the 13th of this month well the 3rd of this month i had light spotting, way lighter than my typical period! it was perfect amount for a panty liner it stopped on the 6th! Well i was suppose to start my normal period on the 15th which hasnt came!.!.Im afraid to take a pregnancy test because last time i did it showed a false positive! well let me tell you my sypmtoms:
My back hurts
my areolas are darker!.
i get naseaus sometimes
and i have more than normal CM!
What could this be!? And before you say it i didnt even think about me still being pregnant until my husband mentioned the my areolas are quite a bit darker!
I havent been on BC in a couple of years
i am 21 years old
my cycles are about 29 days!!
So i am 5 days missed!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would take the test!. It's the only true way to know!. For what it's worth I see a daughter in your immediate surroundings trying to come through!.

Those are not typical signs but they are signs so buy the test and go see the doc! :)
