I've got a sore cut "down there"... Please help ladies.?!

Question: I've got a sore cut "down there"!.!.!. Please help ladies!.!?
Sorry if this is to much information but I have a problem!. For months and months now I have always felt it down there because it would sting when I washed etc!.!. but I didn't take any notice of it!. But today I finally decided to check it out and it looks pretty much like a scar but it's obviously still an open wound as it stings when I wash!.!.!. I've put some sudocream on it, but I don't know if this will do any good!.

Any ideas on how to help it heal!?

I am not sexually active!.!.!. So it is nothing like that!. =]

I'd also rather try and get it healed myself first and then go to the doctors if nothing works, so any suggestions!?

ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Im guessing you dont know how you got it!?

Okay after youve had your bath or shower, have a shallow salt water bath, just put fine sea salt into the bath to make a saline solution, mix it all round till its desolved and just soak in the bath for a while!. Do this every night for about a week and apply some savlon cream afterwards!. Salt water is extremely good for healing cuts or wounds which is why when you get pierced they tell u to keep it clean with a saline solution ie salt water! If it hasnt healed or improved within a week then go to your doctor!. Make sure your knickers are clean every day, stick to cotton ones and avoid thongs or tight clothing - it needs to breathe to heal!. xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Thrush isnt an open cut you pillock!.!.!.

Anyways, you should make sure that its properly clean, wash with water as hot as you can stand, then make sure it s really dry, dont use talc or anything!. The wear pure cotton knickers until it heals up!. I wouldnt advise regularly putting sudacream or anything on it, although it is anbtibacterial, so maybe just use it sparingly!. Them main thing is to just keep it extremely clean and dry xWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure why it's been there for months!. That's a bit strange, but it's probably because it's moist down there so it's stayed an open wound!. Just put a bit of Savlon creme there twice a day!. It soothes and heals cuts and wounds!. It works wonders! If that doesn't help, go to the doctors!. Hope you get well soon!. =]

try antibiotic cream and cortisone !.i mix a little bit of both because i suffer from eczema!. and this is a condition that may appear those soars everywere in your body!.but i recomend that you see afemale Dr!.(if you are emberessed of male dr)Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a tough one because it's an area that doesn't stay dry enough to heal very well!. I guess I would suggest neosporin!. It's the only thing I can think of that would help heal it and I assume it is ok to use down there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think going to the doctor or nurse is the wise move here, never can be too careful when it come's to 'down there' it may embarrsing but we all have to do it at some point :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try vaseline and that might help you out and air that area out as much as possible, so it will heal quicker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
