How To GAIN weight......please help?!


Question: How To GAIN weight!.!.!.!.!.!.please help!?
I dont suffer from any eating disorders or anything but im 16,5'6 and 103 and a quarter!. I want to gain weight not alot but like 10lbs!. As much as i eat i don;t gain a thing I gain like 2 pounds every 2years!. Im tired of being skinny!. well i wuz just like you 2 years ago and i'm still trying to gain more weight! but trust me it'll come you say u don't want it now but trust me it'll come!. i started when i turned 17 and now i'm 18 and i wear a size 9!. and i wuz a size 3 ur age!. but i ate alot too! so trust me it'll come!!!!!

girl you are beautiful just the way you are!.!.!.i think that maybe if you don't like your waist or arms that you should work out on a regular basis!.!.!.so you can get more muscular!.!.!.!.and plus having more muscles makes you look more bigger and weigh more!. And it's a good possibility that you have a hard time gaining weight because you have a high metabolism ! Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

i used to have this exact problem!
you seem like you are still young and growing, so make sure that you are eating the RIGHT things!. how much you eat isnt the problem here!. make sure that you are getting enough protein so that your body can actually use it!

a few things to make sure you have everyday:
green vegetables
fruit
wholegrain cereals
a multivitamin (just in case)
ATLEAST 3 serves of dairy!.!.!.low fat/full fat, whichever you prefer
enough sleep!! (7-8 hours for adults, 9-10 hours for teens)

and then don't forget

red meat 3 times a week
chicken
fish
eggs!!!(they are really good to help you body out, particularly if your diet hasn't been great)

lots of exercise, although it may seem illogical, will also help you!!!!

try to eat three proper meals a day and only snack when you are hungry!. if you keep the timing between meals fairly consistent your metabolism will know when to expect food and slow down a little!.

also, when you feel peckish, give your body a serve of dairy!.!.!.cheese or yoghurt!.!.!.with some carbs!.!.!.biscuits, cereal etc!.

and if you are a grazer, try replace junk food with nuts and seeds, sugar may taste good but you use the energy up very quickly!!
