Sleeping pill that works?!

Question: Sleeping pill that works!?

I need to get some OTC sleepin pills at CVS!. Any suggestions!? I need them to work reall well!. Ive tried SleepMD and those don't seen to work for me!. I've GOT to get a regular sleeping pattern!. tired of lying awake as the sun comes up!.!.!.!. And i cant get and Rx bc i just lost my health insurance!.!.!.!.

I have tried Melatonin Sublingal (under the tounge) I like the ones from GNC if you have that there!. The Sublingal goes in your system quicker!. Make sure u lay down on your bed or couch when you take it!. You might have to see what one works best for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I honestly take a Benadryl when I can't sleep!.!.!.it works wonders!. One of my professors also told us that taking melatonin is a great way to fall asleep!.!.!.!.take it around an hour before you plan to go to sleep (you can buy it at GNC, etc!.)!. Hope you can get some sleep soon, I was an insomniac for a long time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
