Question: Long periods!!!!!?
i am 12 years old and have had my periods for about a year now, they last for about 7/8 days!. they are normal for about 5 days then light for about 3 days!.
will they ever get lighter!?

i have your problem and the same age! My periods can be heavy and last for 2 or more weeks though!. I don't get pains or cramps either!. Its just really annoying that it last so long and its really heavy!. My mother might take me to a doctor just to make sure everything it alright!. GOOD LUCK!Www@Answer-Health@Com
that is normal sweetie and concider yourself lucky you dont get cramps!. they may change a bit as you get older but fo the most part 7 to 8 days is normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
