Question: I just got my Period!.!. And I!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
I just got my Period and Im really scared!. I told my Mom but I am worried if I tell my Dad then he will make a huge deal out of this and embaresse me!!!! I just emailed my Dad and told him how I feel!.!.!.But I don;t want to go to school!!!! I am worried I will still have my period when I go to my Dads house!!!!

Don't be scared it's natural & I got my first period when I was 9!. You and I are just early bloomers!. If you tell your dad he most likely won't make a big deal out of it he just won't want to go to the store to buy you pads or tampons!. Believe me it's more embarassing for him!. If you still have your period when you go to your father's house just bring pads or tampons with you in your bag!. Make sure you bring lots because in the beginning of your period you will be very irregular!. I got mine twice a month so always be prepared and carry something with you at all times!. Also carry advil or midol with you and take it at the very first sign of cramps!. If you work out it won't lighten the flow of your period but it may make it heavier because it gets your blood flowing!. But working out is good becuase it will make the cramps less painful! Also if you mark down on your calander when you start and end it makes it easy to know when your next period is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I understand what your going through i think all women do!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but i was embarassed when i got mine too, except i was even too embarassed to tell my mom lol i didnt tell her until i was 16(and i started when i was 12) and i only told her because she kept talkin about it to everyone and wanted to take me to a ob-gyn(female doctor) but i did tell my friends moms and they bought me tampons and things i needed!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but this drawn out story is just to tell you, dont be embarassed, we all go through this, they know its gonna happen one day anyway, just ask your mom to talk to your dad about it if your uncomfortable in doing so, just ask her to ask him to not make a big deal about it because it would make you uncomfortable!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I hope this helps you sweety!!!!

yea it is normal to have your period when your ten, it happens between a range of ages!. i'm not sure about the work out thing, i don't think that will affect it!. i'm pretty sure your dad will not embarrass you, he might be embarrassed himself!. its fine if you have your period when you go to your dads house, he won't say anything!. and going to school with it is fine, you have friends support!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
First of all, CALM DOWN!. Getting you period at age 10 is completely normal!. Young girls can get it anywhere from the ages of 8-17!. Talk to your mom, she can explain everything you need to know!. She will help you through it!. And if you are worried about having your period at your dads house, just be sure to bring pads with you, and everything will be fine! That's absolutely completely normal! I started mine when I was 13 while my cousin just started last week and she's 10! uh, I was scared to tell my dad too!. I didn't tell him, I just told my mom!. He knew himself (my mom kept buying me pads) and never make a big deal about it!. He just kept shut and never talk to me about it!. Because its nature's cause! yes!.it is!.some kids start at 7!some start at 16!.and i am glad you told your mother!.why dont you just ask your dad or wisper it to him!.he will get the hint if you wisper!.and also bring some pads and remeber it will be irregular!.
