Question: Is there anything i can take for my cramps!?they are really bad nothing over the counter works!?
my period after i had my daughter have been getting worse with time!. my lower back always bothers me!. my cramps are severe for like 4 out of 7 days that it lasts now it seems my stomach acting up too!.i have taking over the counter nothing seems to work i go to the obgyn next month !. i just wanted to know if anyone has any advice on what to do for it !.any home remedies!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put a heating pad on your lower abdomen area!. My grandma always encouraged me to do that when I had horrible cramps and it really works wonders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
First, check with a doctor and make sure nothing is wrong!. Second, my wife used to have very painful cramps and own doctor suggested her to go one "the pill"!. I know it sounds weird but it worked for my wife!. Just a thoughtWww@Answer-Health@Com
