The gardisil shot should have NO impact on your menstrual cycles, as it contains no hormones, nor does it in any way affect the ovaries (which moderate menstrual cycles)!.

I've spent many hours researching the vaccine and have never read anything about that, so I wouldn't think so!.
However, I would recommened reading up about the vaccine a bit before you get it, because it doesn't mean you won't get cervical cancer, or that you won't get HPV and it does have some serious side effects (it contains alumminium)!.
