i am marid but still i dont know about sex becouse i dont let my hasbent to touch me becouse i afrid so when should i do sex for first time that i become pregnant!.

I'm not sure I understand!.!.!.!.you DO want to get pregnant, or you DO NOT!?
The best way to get pregnant is to have sex when you are ovulating (so if you do not want to, don't have sex when you are ovulating!.)
Unless you have been tracking your periods for some time, you tell this by the date!. The best indicator is your vaginal discharge!. When it is heavy, clear, and gooy or sticky like jelly, that means you are ovulating!.
It is a little easier to get pregnant when you have an orgasim, but I doubt that will happen if you do not even want to be having sex!
If you DO want to get pregnant, stay laying down for 30 minutes after sex!. Lay on your back & put a pillow or two under your butt, so your abdomen is tipped up!.
If you do NOT want to get pregnant, get up and go to the bathroom right away and bear down (push like you have to poop) to try to get as much of his seman out of you as possible!. This certainly isn't trustworthy birth control, but it helps a little!

As far as not hating sex, it really is all in your head! You have to relax and want to enjoy it, otherwise you won't!. Can you have a couple of drinks or a sedative before hand to help you relax!?

Best case senerio is that you can feel love and attraction for your husband and want to have sex, and then you can enjoy it!. This may take counseling, even if you have to do it by yourself, that's OK!.

Think about it this way!.!.!.put your finger into the fist of your other hand (understand!? like grab your finger!.!.!.) Now hold it tightly and try to push it in further and pul it out!. It's hard to do if your fist is tight, right!? Now relax your fist and try again!. See how much easier it moves in and out when you are relaxed!?
Now, think of your fist as your vagina and your finger and your husband's penis!.!.!.!.Think about how much easier it will be to move in and out if you are relaxed and not clinched up with nerves! (you can keep that same idea in mind when you are giving birth!.!.!.it too is much easier if you can relax!)

I don't know but if you figure out how to master the art of getting pregnant the first time you try, let me know!. As far as making sex easier for you, it sounds like you may need to try some psychological therapy to find out why sex is so hard for you in the first place!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
