Latly i have ben hurting not in my sumoch and i know it isnt my appendix!. its more in the area where i think it would have to do with puberty!. i cant tell symptomes because i normally have them anyway just be nature!. my breast doesnt hurt and i have zits right now though!. what could it be!?! it hurts really bad sometimes but others it just comes a goes!. You're probably going to start soon!. Welcome to woman hood!. Have you also noticed a white mucuos like discharge lately!? That is another big indicator!.
Tylenol will help with the cramp pain!. Once you do start having regular periods make sure you track them so you know when to expect it and you have the necessary items handy!. Also a few days before you're supposed to start you can take a pain killer and cramps won't be as bad or even there at all!. I do this and I'm cramp free!. have you had your period before or are you just starting!? it sounds like a period!. however if you arent bleeding down there and it is not time for your period it could be serious!. i would see a doctor if it isn't your period for sure!. the zits could just be a coincidence and you could have appendicitis!. i hope you feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
i think you are getting ready to start you period but i wouldnt know basing on you didnt tell me when your last period was!. i get the worst cramps when i am getting ready to start my period!. i cant even stand up!.i would just take some midol or ibuprophen ans see if it gets rid of the cramps!. i hope this helps!.
