Answers:
1) If it looks and feels like a pimple or zit, it probably actually IS a pimple or zit!. Don't worry!.

2) The skin on your labia majora is just like other skin and can have pimples!. many women have these from time to time!. Maybe a hair root got infected due to shaving!?

3) Just wait some days!. It will behave like all other pimples, too!.

Don't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be a boil!. Keep a warm, moist compress on it until it comes to a head!. Eventually, it'll burst and you'll need to clean it out with antiseptic!. After you've used the antiseptic, keep some neosporin on it until it heals up!.
They happen, no big deal, but be sure to keep it super clean, disinfected and don't mess with it or the infection could spread!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm thinking a couple possibilities

1) very likely an ingrown hair from shaving!. it should go away in a few days!. exfoliate in the shower to remove dead skin cells and buildup so you avoid ingrowns!.

2) clogged pore (simply a pimple!?)

3) cyst

more than likely it's 1) or 2) but just keep an eye on it and check it out with the doctor if it lasts a whileWww@Answer-Health@Com

A pimple or an ingrown hair!. You're fine!. Just gently clean the area and wear looser fitting cotton underwear!. It'll go away in a few days to a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know I'm a guy answering this, but I have been with enough women to know the answer - it's 99% surly to be an ingrown hair!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like an ingrown hair follicle!. It should go away in a few days!. Try soaking in a warm bath!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably a cystWww@Answer-Health@Com
