Can I use a pad as a tampon?!

Question: Can I use a pad as a tampon!?
I'm out of tampons, can I roll up a pad and use that instead!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No they are not designed for that, they usually have a coating on the outside, when rolled up I think the loss wouldn't absorb it would go straight through!. I don't hink also they are safe for the insides of your body could cause trouble!. Go and buy some tampons or but up with the pad!. Sorry I just don't think it would be wise, I'm glad you asked before doing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO Absolutely not!.
Tampons are designed specifically to be inside your body, pads are not!.
Have you read the warning on the tampon box about Toxic Shock Syndrome!? I can't imagine what kind of germs a pad would grow but I'd guess you would get something really extra bad/dangerous if you did that!. Or just a nasty infection, or it might get stuck!. Whatever happens, I'm sure it wouldn't be good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have an idea!. Since you're out of tampons, but you still have pads, why not take the little stip off the pad, affix it to the crotch of your panties, and use that instead!?

I know, it's a "wild" idea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hun thats not what pads are supposed to be used for!. If you are low on cash visit your Planned Parenthood!. They will give you supplies!. Ask a neighbor or friend! Anything! Pads are no fun!.!.!.I'll agree, but there are worst things hun!. best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have got to be kidding, right!? If you stick that inside you will end up in the emergency room without question!. Why not just use the pad normally until you get to buy a tampon!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

NOOOOOOOOOO!. never ever stick a pad up ur vagina!. it'll get stuck bcuz of the stickiness on the other side!. u'll end up in the ER!. either buy more tampons or use the pad tthe regular way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no, that could be harmful!. go to the store and buy some tampons!. why do you need a tampon not a pad!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol, no!.
Tampons are generally cheaper than pads anyway, just go buy some more or borrow some from a female relative or friend!. Or just use the pad how it is supposed to be used!Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO! Pads are not designed for insertion!. And it could get stuck up there!.!.!.an expensive (not to mention embarrassing) ER visit is much more costly than a box of tampons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know pads are yucky, but it looks like you are out of options at the moment!.!.so just use the pad as a pad( and never as a tampon!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
