Just take some stuff to prepare with you to the water park- DONT put a tampon in like that one girl said- you can't out one in if you've never had your period! Just take a pad or tamps just in case you start!. Relax- if it is your first time, chances are it will just be really light in the beginning anyway, so don't worry about a huge gush or anything when you get outta the water!. Just relax!. Discharge is a sign of your period, but you still don't know how long it will be before you actually start!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can wear a little pad inside your swimsuit to protect you just in case you do start your period at the pool!. I bet before you start you will have some cramping - more so than you might have had in the past - as a warning that you are getting ready to start or are starting!.

I know the pad will get wet and its not the best thing to wear when swimming - tampons are the best thing when in water!. But I would not use a tampon at all until after you have started for sure and then I would certainly ask your mom before you ever use a tampon!. However, a pad (even a wet one) can prevent an accident until you can get to the bathroom!. Always bring an extra pad with you too so you can change when you need to!.

Welcome to womanhood honey!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, most girls have discharge for 1-2 years before they get their period, but everyone differs!. Don't be scared!. If you notice strange symptoms such as, being crabby, getting some minor cramps, heavier discharge, etc!., then just be prepared!. Wear a pantiliner and maybe bring a tampon or pad wherever you go!. Don't think about it, just be patient, and it will come eventually!Www@Answer-Health@Com

periods are tricky, i got mine at 11 and i didnt even know it was coming one morning it just came!. I suggest you dont stress it, even if you do alot of swimming, even if you do get your period at this water places, you never going to see most of the strangers again so who cares!. people should be honored to see the first time your uterus lining is being shed!! just think of it that wayWww@Answer-Health@Com

if u don't mind spending the money wear a tampon just in case (if you are that worried!!) but when u first get your period its not like a sudden rush of blood! so even if i does happen it will only be a little tiny bit (at first!) good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The discharge means that you're gonna get your period soon!.
and don't worry you'll know when you're gonna get your period
because you will feel sore down there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your first period will be so light that you will probably not even notice while swimming dont worry it wont suddenly flood out or anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you go to the water park put in a tampon so u are more occupied with having fun and not your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
