You're really supposed to take it at the same time every day, but I used to rarely take it at the same time & I never ended up pregnant :) Now I use the alarm clock on my cell phone so I don't forget to take it at the same time every day!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i generally take mine around the same time everyday except for weekends wen i get up late or am hung over
