Question: Camp with Period :/ !?
okay im going to soccer camp for 6 days in july!. theres like a 99!.9% chance im going to get my period then!. i have been having my period for forever so it will be fine!. but my only prob is that during the day i wear tampons NO way i will EVER wear pads!. but during the night i wear pads!. whenever i sleep my period is either REALLY heavy or really light!. but if its heavy i dont want my pad to leak and get everywhere!!! and i feel really akward in pads!. is there anything i can do with my night pad problem!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

My suggestion is to just wear a tampon to bed i've been doing to years and as long as it doesn't stay in for more than 8 hours you should be fine!.!. i've never had a problem!.!. make sure you change it right before you go to bed and then as soon as you get up and you might want to wear a pantiliner just to be extra safe but as far as pads go the same thing change it at night and in the morning and if that doesnt work you could always get up in the middle of the night and check it!. good luck and (I LOVE SOCCER!) they make overnight pads for that!.!.!. or you can get super absorbent ones that r made for heavy periods!.!.!. but if u are really worried, do what i do and wake up every 4 hours in the night, run to the bathroom and change your pad!.!.!. good luck and have fun at soccer camp!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Always makes Overnight pads or something like that!. They work really good, i haven't had a leak at night since i started using them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have u tried night time or th highest absorbancy pads!?!?!.!.!.or you could try wearing two pads!!!sounds silly n a bit uncomfortable as ur padded so much but its worth a go!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
