HELP please??? Girls! :)?!


Question: HELP please!?!?!? Girls! :)!?
I'm 13, 5'3'', and 148 pounds!. On a kid's BMI chart, it says I'm 4 pounds away from being obese!. I don't think that is true because I have alot of muscle from dancing, but I know that I'm still overweight!. How Can I loose weight, like REALLY fast!? I have 2 months left of summer and I want to make a good impression when I start 8th grade because I'm going to a new school!. Is there any possible way I can get to about 100-120 pounds in two months!? I'm 148 right now!.
Me and my mom are started ' diets ' tomorrow I guess!. But I don't think a regular 1200 calorie diet will do much in 2 months!. PLEASE help!?! I need to lose ALOT - like 40 pounds!.
** Please do not reccomend some teen weight lose pill!. And please do not say don't eat, I'm lalready eating like evey other day!. **

First of all: You are two young for diet pills, so anyone suggesting that should not have an account on here!.

Second: Eat every day! By NOT eating, you are harming your body!. Instead of eating 3 large meals everyday, try eating 6 small protein-packed meals!. Try Chicken, oatmeal, rice, lots of green veggies!.

Also, no fast foods!.!.!. it's just WAY too bad for you! :)

Try eating small healthy snacks: yogurt, fruit, you can find a lot of non fat snacks at the grocery store!.!.!.(like instead of cookies, try those 100 calorie packs of Chips Ahoy - they really are tasty!)

And exercise!. Running everyday is an incredible all-body workout! If you have a pool, swimming laps is even better! The cardio and muscle tone helps a lot!. You will see a HUGE difference!.

My last recommendation is bicycle crunches!. They work so well! I only do 5 minutes a day and my abs look perfect! The reason these crunches work so much better than any others is because it works out all of your stomach muscles and they really don't get a chance to rest during the 5 minute workout!

A 1200 calorie diet WILL do alot for you in 2 months considering your age, height, and weight!. Just cut out alot of processed foods like soda and candy and try to eat healthy!. You say you dance alot but your body can get used to your workouts so try different activities to get exercise!. Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't stop eating, it's actually worse! Change what you eat and the amount of food you eat!. Try working out- walking daily or running (to your own pace) & if your commited try some other excersises!.

But remember you should be doing this for yourself, to become healthy and not obese!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I would say dieting isn't a good idea if you haven't stopped growing!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.which is about 2 years after your period! If you are done growing do eat, but watch your calories!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and get exercise everyday! Don't go on a weight scale too much too! This would make you self conscience! But please please please eat for the sake of your health everyday! If you don't it could lead to something serious like bulmia (excuse spelling) or anaraxia! (excuse spelling)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should excercise and eat a healthier diet!. Don't strain yourself from eaqting because that is unhealthy!. DO NOT become anorexic, that will only cause problems, as well as making yourself throw up!. Eat regularly, just maybe a little less than usual and no sweets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think if you exercise 20 minutes a day and don't eat after 7pm, you will see a big difference!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok being 5'3" and 148 lbs, i do not consider that obese!. chubby, yes!. but most deffinetely not obese!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you worry too much!. Rush is a bad thing to do when it comes to diet!. Taking into account your age, if you lose weight rapidly, this can severely affect your period and constant problems with your health can become your heritage!. A good looking body which comes in good health is always the most attractive!. I know how you feel and I used rapid diets when I was 13, 14, 15!.!.!. You know, I could manage to lose the weight very quickly but only to gain it back after a while!. The result was to have stretch lines which don't go away !. Now I know better!. I visited a specialist and he provided me with a diet of 1100 kcals per day!. I lost 13 kg and it took me 3 months!. After 2 months, I looked gorgeous already!. The benefit of losing the kilos a bit slower, was that the kilos said bye for good!.
Remember that an attractive and healthy body can only be obtained if you adopt a healthy lifestyle with discipline and self control!. In that way you will obtain and maintain the most beautiful look !.
And I think you have to get rid of 27 p!. Muscles are small but they weigh very much!. This means that a tight body can weigh more than a loose one!. And of course it is more attractive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
