Best Birth Control Options...?!
Question: Best Birth Control Options!.!.!.!?
Hello everyone, I am looking for a replacement Birth Control as I will be having a Mirena IUD removed soon!. I wanted feedback on birth control options that other people have used and what they like the best!. I personally don't want to go back to the pill and am interested in the nuevo ring and the patch!.
Just FYI the Mirena is great! No periods, cramping or anything other problems for me!. If you are looking for great long term BC it is great, I just will be getting pregnant (hopefully) before another five years which is how long the Mirena works for!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't use the patch!. It has created a lot of problems for many women, like dangerous blood clots!. Most dr's don't use them any more!.
The nuvering is great!. I have been using it since it came out after getting off the patch!.
It doesn't go through your system because it's local!. and you only worry about it once a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why not implant,i cant give you advice on it yet as i get mine put in in 3 months after finishing cerazette which is the mini pill iv been put on which contains the same stuff as the implant,so far iv been fine on this pill so hopefully will have implant fitted!.the implant lasts for 3 years and you dont have to remember to take pill all the time!!!!
they will probably put you on cerazette first to see wether you get any side effects,some woman dont get periods on this which s a bonus!
a friend of mine was on the patch and she didnt fall pregnant while using it,allthough it can be quite annoying having a patch on your arm or whereever,and for me the patch didnt feel safe enough!.

hm well i heard that patch has the highest risk for blood clots and i heard somethign about them trying to discontinue the use or something!. and they just look and seem annoying to alawys have a big bandaid thing attatched to your body!. i personally like the pill because i have shorter lighter periods and its easy and i always know when my period is going to come!. and i dont feel a difference at all in my wieght or personallity or anything like that!. but whatever you feel comfortable with is best!. these are just my optinions!. =] hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
I recently swtched to Yaz, its great :) I used to have the bad mood swings and bad headaches before & during my period and thats all gone now!. Cramps arent as bad and lighter period!. I recommend Yaz :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
