Sounds like your friend may be hitting her pubic bone - that's the only hard thing that is possible in my opinion!. She should try to get to know how her body is structured and try again with a mirror to make sure she is making proper insertion!. This website may help her with anatomy!. Best wishes!

My advice for her is to stop doing it right now!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.that hard thing that she hits is called the hymen which may get broken while she is fingering herself and which will later on cause her too much trouble while getting married!.!.!.!.!.!.!.if she keeps on fingering herself hard then she may brake her hymen which will cause her a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
