Easy Question about Menstrual Pains!?!?!?!

It really all depends on which Pamprin you are looking at and what you need to relieve!. All the Pamprin varieties except for PamprinMax (contains Naproxen--same thing as Aleve) have Acetaminophen in them, which is the same thing as Tylenol!. If you aren't using PamprinMax, I would recommend the Ibuprofen!. The ibuprofen is an anti-prostaglandin, which essentially "shuts" down the prostaglandins that cause menstrual cramps!. i think that ibuprofen works better,
but i usually dont use medicine fior cramps!.
if you use ibuprofen on an empty stomach,
chances are it will just make your cramps worse!.
try eating bananas!.

I think it depends on the person!. I only tried Pamprin years ago, and it didn't do anything for me!. When I discovered ibuprofen, I never had to take anything else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I haven't tried Pamprin but I did try Midol and found that it did not work at all for me!. Now all I take is Advil (ibuprofen)!. I take two in the morning and two before bed and I'm set!Www@Answer-Health@Com
