Dream heart palpitations?!

Question: Dream heart palpitations!?
It's happend twice so far!. The first time was about four days ago and was at exactly 1:00!. I had no dream before, I just woke up with rapid heart beat, or palputations and they lasted for about 20 minutes!. The second time was last night and I woke up exactly at 4:00 and this time I did have a dream before and it was a dream that played out my heart beats!. In the dream I fainted in my old kitchen and had super duper fast palputations and died in the dream only to wake up in my bed with my racing unnatural heartbeat which also lasted for about 20 minutes or less!.
I drink enough, I don't eat alot but I eat!. I am 16, 5"3, and weigh 100 pounds!.
My question is about the dream I had last night!. Right now I am trying to find out the reason I get palputations and am confused as ever!. I have no idea if it's stress because the first time I woke up and had them I had no dream or thought, and the second time was that I dreampt it and it became real!.
I get palputations alot and at random timesWww@Answer-Health@Com

I dont think its related to dreams!. But more that you woke up quickly perhaps!. I get this rushed heart feeling if I wake up with a fright or if I wake up because of a noise or if I just kind of wake up too quickly!. I also tend to get a fast heartbeat at times like after I've had sex!. I was worried about it and metnioned it to my doctor and they did an ecg which monitore my heart to check if everything was ok!. The results were good, but for some people it might indicate a problem, so you should visit a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, I agree with Lolly, you should have this checked out by a doctor, not to scare you but it would at least give you peace of mind to know if it is just anxiety or a medical condition!. If it is anxiety, they might give you a mild tranquilizer to take only a needed, however because of your age I am not sure how that works!. If it is medical, such as a heart arrythmia, most of those can be treated easily with medications too!. Arrythmias are not all that uncommon!. I have one and sometimes my heart beat just seems to go out of whack like it stops and starts up and it feels like it is jumping around in my chest, but I just get it occassionally, and I have been told it is insignificant, but I was also told that when I get older I need to keep an eye on it because it could become more signifcant!. Early this morning I woke up with a rapid heartbeat the way you are describing yours, which is what brought me to this site!. It scared me and I woke my fiance up and we almost went to the hospital but it started to calm down and I am going to see the doctor about it to make sure it is nothing serious, or at least if it is it can be treated!. Please go to the doctor!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
