You can, however it is NOT recommended!. The vagina has natural bacteria which help keeping it clean!. But douching you remove those useful bacteria!. I suggest you use a gentle cleanser twice daily like Vagisil or Femfresh!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm sure you can but I would be afraid of popping my cherry!. There is really no reason to douche before your period, if you want a really healthy clean toodle-oo eat a yogurt everyday!. There is something in yogurt that keeps your internal flower chemistry balanced!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My gynecologist tells me to douche every couple of weeks with white vinegar and water!. You probably don't need to at this point though, unless you are experiencing odor or discharge!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

contrary to popular belief, douching is not good for you to do!. your body cleanses itself just fine and douching interferes with the natural ways!. hope this makes sense!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
