what i usually do is let water from the shower go over my clitoris-!. i hav great orgasms that way:)
heres some other ways:
1!.roll up a small towel, put it on a pillow and rub ur vagina against it, or just put pressure on it while sitting up!.

2!.get a small piece of cloth, spread ur legs then rub urself at watever speed feels good!.

3!. find somthin that gets u really aroused while u do all this!.
