At first they will do the same things a regular doctor will do, such as your height, weight, urine sample, blood pressure, and so on!. They will ask you lots of questions about your general health and whether you smoke and so on!. You will brought into the exam room and asked to undress and ut a gown on and they will give you a sheet to cover up with!. The doctor will usually begin with the breast exam to check for lumps and such!. You will be lying down and asked to put your feet into stirrups, this allows your legs to naturally fall open for the doctor to do the pelvic exam!. They will first check your outer area to make sure that it looks ok (checking for lumps bumps or sores)!. Then will insert the speculum!. This looks like a ducks bill!. Picture a duck bill closed and this is how they insert it and then they open it up like a ducks mouth open!. Ask for a smaller sized speculum before they get this far, they do have them and it will be more comfortable!. Also when they insert it the key part is to take a deep breath and RELAX!. If you are tense they will have a harder time getting it in and that will cause you pain!. Once the speculum is open they will take a large Q-Tip or a long stick with a very small brush on the end and they will take a cell sample from your cervix, which will be tested for cervical cancer!. If you want any other STD tests done these will be taken with a separate sample!. Then the doctor will close the speculum and remove it!. They will place one or two lubed fingers into your vagina while pressing down on your lower stomach, this enables them to feel your uterus and ovaries for positioning and any abnormalities!. And that is it, the exam is over!. Now is the time to ask ANY questions you may have!. Do not be embarrassed about this procedure!. All responsible women have it done!. Allow it to empower you as an adult woman who chooses to take care of her own health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your OBGYN doctor is trained in womens health and in delivering babies!. There are a lot of women doctors out there, so if you feel uncomfortable with a man, maybe you want to look some more for a women's clinic where women OBGYN doctors are present!. At any rate, the doctor is there to help you!. They may start with questions regarding your history if it is your first time!. Then you will be asked to remove your clothes!. Most doctors have a sheet or large covering that you just drape over your front for maximum privacy!. He will start with a breast exam to exam for any lumps!. This is nothing more than what you should be doing every month, and if he finds anything he will let you feel it and so when you do your monthly exams you can monitor it!. Or he may refer you for a mammogram, which is not painful!. Then he will do a pap smear!. You'll come down to the end of the table and your legs will go in stir ups!. He will insert a tool into you to open you up and use a long Q-tip like object to get some cells!. It only takes a few seconds, honestly!. And the test is necessary to check for cancerous cells!. It is not really painful, a little discomfort, but not painful!. Just try to relax about it!. You'll be just fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
