Jiggly stomach?? help?!


Question: Jiggly stomach!?!? help!?
well latly i have been doing lots of crunches and sit ups and my stomach has gotten a tiny bit flatter!. BUT i feel like my stomach jiggles more than it did befoer i started the workouts!. why is this, could it be in my head!? are there any more work outs to tone my stomach muscles!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Crunches will make your abs tighter and more toned but will not help you lose weight the way you want!.

Getting more muscle DOES help you lose weight because it speeds up your metabolism but you need to burn calories by doing cardio excersize too to lose more fat!.

Plus eating better!.

It could also be in your head!. I find that when I am trying to 'perfect' something on myself I notice the flaws 100 times betterWww@Answer-Health@Com

it just depends if u had a big stomach then it will take a little longer to get it nice and toned but i think that if u just continue with ur exericise maybe do a little bit more your jiggly stomach will clear right upWww@Answer-Health@Com
