I take a B complex (all B vitamins, plus C) and a calcium + D supplement!.
The B is to help boost the immune system and such, the calcium is because I can't drink milk, and the D helps absorb the calcium!.
You'll probably be fine if you just take a B complex or a multivitamin containing the B's, C, and D!. One A Day Women's is not a bad one!. Watch out for excessive amounts (over 300-500% of the daily value), because your body can't always absorb more than that!.

Well - unless a doctor has specifically told you that you need to take vitamin supplements to help with an illness then the correct answer is none!.

Try to concentrate on eating a low fat, balanced diet with plenty of vegetables, fruit with moderate amounts of lean meat and dairy products!.

Do not take vitamins in pills!. There are studies that suggest they might be more dangerous than beneficial!. You should get your vitamins from fruit and vegetables, just mix them up and you get all the vitamins you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
