Question: I want to use tampons but i dont know how to tell my mom!!!?
please help and i just started 2 months ago!. only 2 PMSes i have gone through! but i want tampons not sucky pads! any reccomendations!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, when you go to the store, when you pass by *that* isle, kind of out of the blue, say, " Hey mom, Can I try something new!?" She may ask you what, then tell her " I would like to try using tampons"Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can either buy them yourself or just simply tell your mom!. I'm sure she won't mind!. I would like to think that she'd understand!. Pads are perfect for when you are sleeping at night, but during the day, they're a pain in the @$$!. They are bulky and uncomfortable, regardless of what kind you get!. They're just annoying!.
So if you can't get them on your own (don't be embarrassed, every girl/woman has to buy them!.!.!.!.!.you'll get used to it), just tell your mom that tampons are way more convenient and you would like for her to get you some!. BTW, they make tampons specifically for "teens" now also!. I guess that means they are not as big!? I'm not sure, never used them!. LOL!. But you can ask her about that!. I don't think you should start using tampons that early!. But do talk with your mom about it, she will know whats right!. I think maybe you should wait about like a year or so after your 1st period to use tampons!. Good luck and hope this helps!! =)

I just threw a box of them in the shopping cart when I went shopping with my mom one day!. I would suggest trying one that has a plastic applicator, like the Playtex Gentle Glide or Tampax Pearl!. I prefer Playtex, but both are good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

seriously your mum will not be embarsased if you tell her u want tampons!. once you get out of highschool then periods are no longer embarassing cause you become more mature!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
