I use both OB and Tampax Pearl tampons!. I would definitely suggest to keep trying the smallest size of Pearl tampons that you can find!. Once you figure out how to insert it correctly (right angle, etc!.) it'll be a breeze!. I really like OB tampons because they're less bulky without an applicator and I find them perfectly easy to use!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

kotex is a good brand!. i think its actually harder with an applicator, use mini tampons even if u have to change them more often until u get use to them and it helps if you breathe out when inserting it and try putting one leg up on the toliet seat its heaps easier (it might pinch a little when u put it in, but once u push in it won't pinch anymore!.!. good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

ive used o!.b and theyre not bad, just stick it in!. with or without an applicator doesnt make much of a difference after a while!. i use tampax pearl, its good you're probably just not use to it!. when you put it squat and hold it at the right angle, it should slide in easy!. just get your body use to it and you wont even notice it after a while!.

good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

make sure you start with the smallerones they are easier to put in also you may want to try different possions like laying down on the floor with one foot on the bath tub or standing with one foot on the toilet!. what ever works for you,just expiriment, also make sure you relax take a few deep breaths close your eyes for a minute then open them and put it in!
Good lucK!

All Tampex tampons expand VERYY big!.
I hate Tampex; lol

O!.B!. Tampons are the BEST for beginners!
all you do is slide it in with your finger && no; they do not hurt!.

I use Playtex too && they work great!

But; since you just started I'd highly reccomend OB;
I wish someone would've told me to start with them when I started using tampons! lol

Good luck! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am almost 30, and have always hated having to use tampons!. Recently, I found a product called a menstrual cup, which acts like a tampon, but collects the fluid instead of absorbing it!. It's safer for you, too!. You never have to worry about Toxic Shock Syndrome!. The thing I like most about it, is I am helping the environment!. It's made of surgical grade silicone, and you reuse it every month!. Check out their website to get more info, or just google "menstrual cup" on the internet!. I really love it!. It has worked so well for me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use Kotex!. I have tried Tampax Pearl and they (sorry) suck butt!!!! The Tampax are way too small!! Try a lot of tampons and see which brand is best for you!. No one on here can be able to tell you which brand you should use!. But they can give you good ideas!. For the O!.B!. tampons, you just put them in!. You may get more blood on your fingers but you are gonna wash it off anyways! And no, no tampons SHOULD hurt!. If you have a tampon in right than it should not hurt and you should not be able to feel it!. It's ok to ask questions about your period and tampons and stuff but your mom would know a whole lot more about it, although a lot of girls on here will be able to answer a lot of questions too!.!.!.oh well!.!.!.lol!. Ask her which tampons she uses (if she uses any) and try it!. My mom taught me a lot about my period and I use the same exact tampons that she uses! Good Luck! =D
