If you don't have a heavy flow you might be able to go swimming during your period because the water seems to stop or slow down your period for a while!. I would be be nervous to trust that though!. At least it does for me and a few people I've talked to or read about!. If you are worried about your tampon string showing you can trim the string a little bit so you don't have to worry about it accidentally peaking out of your swimsuit!. Good luck! If your period was in early June count 28 days out and you should reach around the start of July threw the first few days to the start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you first start your period, it's usually irregular!.!. so there's a chance you may not even have it in July!.

If you do, just use a lite tampon and change it when you get out of the water!. (tampons aren't nearly as big a deal as people make them out to be)

If you are supposed to get it the day you are going swimming, but you don't have it when you wake-up, use a pad and take it out before you go swimming, and put one in after you get out the water, just to be safe!.

Hope this helped ya!

if you are on your period and want to swim, a tampon is your only option!. Are you scared to use them!? I was too at first but after trying, I don't know what I was afraid of!. Just buy a box of regular size tampons and try them out!. It may take 4 or 5 to get it right (like me) but all you need to do is follow the directions and always make sure you instert it all the way, or it will be uncomfortable!.

the 2 above answers are wrong!. Your period doesn't stop when you're in the water!. And using a pad is a bad idea!. It will absorb water and it will be VERY obvious you have one on
If your period is always on time, good chance you will be on it July 4th!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your other options - other than a tampon - are cervical caps, diaphragms, or a menstrual cup!. They have to also be inserted and then taken out and cleaned once they are full!. They are A LOT more problematic than tampons!. Don't be afraid of tampons!. They will not hurt you and are really easy to use with practice, and you SHOULD practice so you get more comfortable with them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have had your period for over 2 years, you should be on a schedule!.!.!.!.take the first day of your last period, count 28 days later thats around the time your period should start!.

Cant really go swimming without a tampon, that'll be embarrasing if you bleed everywhere!.!.!.!.and grossWww@Answer-Health@Com

if your period is regular you should finish around the 4th because there not a month apart there usually around 21 days apart give or take a few days, so you might be able to go swimming but if you are on it and you wanna go swimming the only way to do that is, sorry but, wear a tamponWww@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on your cycle!. you cant go swiming w/out a tampon unless its like the last day of your period!. dont swim in a pad! it will be obvious and it will also obsorb water and will fel even more like a diaper!. just try a tampon/ i was scared the 1st time i wore one too but they are my fav now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

umm its a chance that u can but when your in water your period will stop!. But jsut use a tamponWww@Answer-Health@Com
