Question: Heart 'flutters'!?!.!.!.!?
Sometimes i feel as tho my heart 'flutters'!.!.!.
i don't have to be doing anything, i can be just sitting there and it feels as tho it skips a beat!. This happens 3 or 4 times a day most days!.!.!.!. what is it!?!? Any help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can get flutters for many different reasons!. These can vary from indigestion to a serious heart complaint!. Flutters are best checked out, they do this by getting you to wear a monitor for 24 hours the monitor shows the frequency and strength of the flutter!. It will also show which part of the heart the flutter comes from!. I have had this condition for years, mine is now controlled by 1 tablet a day!. It is not worth taking a chance so get it checked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had that flutter feeling too and it turned out that the preservatives in my salad (the ready-to-eat, out-of-the-box kind) were mixing with the caffiene in my coffee and it was giving me strange bouts of anxiety ,where it felt like my heart was fluttering!. I just stopped eating pre-packaged salad!. Now I'm fine!.
It really could be anything, though!. Just go double check!.

Omg i get that too!I have been to the hospital and got and ecg so check everything was ok so i recomend you do the same!.It can be quite scary,especially when your just sitting there doing nothing and it happins!.Mines feels like it skips a beat,takes a million beats at once,or gives on huge beat that feels like its gona pop out of my chest!Mines started when i took some medications for a cold,and the side effects were palpititions!.Since then my heart feels funny!.As i said anyhow hun,go to the docs and get it checked out!.xWww@Answer-Health@Com
It's a symptom of a leaky valve, usually not a problem!. See your GP for an ECG to rule out anything else!.
With a leaky valve some of your blood flows back when it beats and it beats again quickly (the fluttering) to push the blood out the right way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My husbands does that too!. He has had it checked by a doctor and was told that every now and again his heart does an extra beat!. He was told that there was nothing too worry about!. Having said that I think you should go and have it checked by your GP!. Just to be on the safe side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Premature Atrial Contractions (PACs) or Premature Ventral Contractions!. (PVC) Usually not serious!. Caused by stress, coffee, smoking, alcohol!. Sometimes they get worse, sometimes they go away!. See your doctor to be safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hold your breath for 40 seconds and punch your chest area around your heart as hard as you can that should take care of the problemWww@Answer-Health@Com
