I missed 3 pills but still bleeding?!

I missed 3 pills over a weekend, so i took them all and then carried on until the end of my packet and started a new packet straight away!. I started bleeding after i had missed the pills which was expected but still 3 weeks later i am still bleeding!. It hasnt been heavy bleeding but enough to notice it!. I have been to the doctors and she said i had just messed my body up and to finish my packet then it will sort itself out, but i feel this is a long time to bleed!. (I am also getting the period pains and the tender breasts) If anyone else could give me some advice i would appreciate thanxWww@Answer-Health@Com
