Why can't anyone point out the good side of Mirena IUD?!
Question: Why can't anyone point out the good side of Mirena IUD!?
Before getting Mirena 6 days ago, I researched it online for the two weeks prior and almost scared myself out of getting it!. I looked on Yahoo! Answers for other peoples' experiences with it and most of them talked about the worst possible situations!. I know Mirena is different for everyone, but people are more willing to point out the bad than the good! WHY CAN'T ANYONE WRITE THE GOOD ON HERE!?!?!!
Well here it is: I got Mirena inserted 6 days ago (a Wednesday)!. Yes, I cramped extremely bad when they put it in!.!.!. probably because I have never had a child!. After a few minutes I was fine!. The first day I had mild cramping, nausea, and I bled heavily (like a period, more than spotting like I was told) a few hours after I got it inserted!. About 6 hours after insertion, the bleeding decresed to light spotting!. I didn't have any cramps the following day!. The spotting lasted until Saturday and since then I have not had any problems at all!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I completely agree with you!. I try to get on here and answer as many questions about Mirena as I can for that very reason!. Everyone is quick to point out the negatives!.
I have had nothing but good experiences with Mirena!. I had it inserted when my daughter was 6 weeks old!. I had some cramping and spotting for a few days, and that was it!. I haven't had problems with weight gain, skin breakouts, or any other common complaints!. It is a great form of birth control!. In fact, it is the most effective form on the market!. The only side effect I have had is no periods, and you won't hear me complain about that!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had mine for close to three years now!. I don't have any complaints about it!. I got it inserted after my daughter was born and was lucky enough not to feel any cramping!. It works great because you don't have to remember anything!.!.!.like taking a pill or changing a pad every week!. I love it, you have no worries at all!. It is very effective!. i personally havent used it!. my doctor said i couldnt cause i havent had a child yet!. so im surprised that they let you!. one of my good friends uses it and has now for 5 years!. i dont want to talk bad about her but she is the type to drink and sleep around alot!. she hasnt had a period which every women will envy!.!. she has never has any complications!. and not a single pregnancy scare!. what else do ya need lol lol!.!. sounds good to me!. im trying to get pregnant at the moment!. but when i have my baby i plan on trying it myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
