Answers:
Tell your mom you don't need to go to a gynecologist for birth control!. You can go to a regular doctor!.
The most the doctor will do to you is MAYBE draw your blood if you have a history of health problems!.
You should really have your mom look into it more!.
My mom put me on birth control for my cramps/period and I personal think it was the best thing she did for health wise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why don't you just see your family doctor, they will probably be able to help you out if you didn't want to see someone with the title gynecologist!? You are never too young to see a gynecologist especially if there are health concerns!. Is your mom afraid that if you start taking birth control that you will become sexually active!?!? I used to get cramps all the time but it was because I had cysts in my ovaries when I was in my teens!. (Which can happen at any age) Maybe there is another solution to the problem other than birth control pills but you need to see a doctor to discuss options!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
