If the pain is down low( below your belly button) then it most likely involves your female parts but if it is up higher, then it could be your stomach or something related to diet/ digestion etc!.

Either way~Pain is your body's way of telling you something is wrong! Your mother is being unreasonable~If You are having a female/gynecological problem and need to see a doctor asap~ that would be an OB/GYN (stands for Doctor of Obstetrics/Gynecology)!. I believe You can call and make an appointment without your mother's permission at Planned Parenthood or at least call them for some professional advice and a referral to a doctor or clinic in your area!.

It sounds like your mother doesn't want to face the fact that you are growing up and not a little girl anymore!. I went to a Women's health clinic on my own when I was 14 and so did some of my friends- being interested in sex is normal but you need to be responsible and avoid the consequences that can happen when you have sex ~pregancy, sexually transmitted diseases(STDs) and AIDS!Www@Answer-Health@Com
