i got my period around a year ago, and i am still waiting for boobs, i am only a size AA!. i am pretty thin, i am 5'3'' and 90 lbs!. it really depresses me because i am 16 and no boy is ever going to look at me!. and its not only about boys i feel like s*** every time i look down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

at your age generally, you would be at the peek and height of your puberty!. but since you only had it for a year, it may take longer than you'd like!. good things to wonder, is ask your mom!. (if its not all too awkward) or compare!. it's not like you are trying to really check it out, haha, it's more of seeing how you will develop compared to her!. see how old she was when she got it (her period) and when her breasts started to grow!.
another thing could be your weight!. because you are skinny you may not have any fat tissue that makes your breasts bigger, because there's isn't much stored!. it's not that you have to eat junk food to get boobs but there is fat tissue there!.
lastly, birth control sometimes makes your boobs bigger, it depends on your body and how it reacts to it, and you can ask your doctor how you might and what kind of dosage they'd suggest (but dont say you want it just for your boobs, haha)

Don't worry!. girls developes boobs at different age!. the average sized boobs for girls in noth and south america is only a B 36

I think for your height!. you're sort've underweight!. but if a guy loves you truly and enough!. do you think he would mind the size of you boobs!. NO!. um not sure what to tell you really!. boobs aren't something that are guaranteed just because you mature!. some women don't get them until after they have kids!. but given your size and height you may not get them for a while!. just work with what you've got and like yourself as you are!. once you can do that and have confidence in yourself everyone else will notice and treat you better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are pretty thin, but I am unsure about weather you are underweight!. You should check your BMI!. You are only 16 though and have plenty of time to grow and develop!. Learn to love yourself no matter what (:Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your breasts don't finish developing until you are 25!. I thought mine were done growing then went up a whole cup size between 18 and 24 years old!. I'm a 34B now, and I wouldn't want them any bigger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
