i was in your exact situation!. i had really big boobs in high school and they seemed to never stop growing!. i had back, neck, and shoulder problems and was extremely self-conscious!. i eventually worked up the courage to say something to my mom and told her that i wanted breast reduction surgery!. she supported me 100% with my decision and i've NEVER been happier!!!! it was the best thing i ever did!!!! insurance covered most of it (about85%) because it was a medical case and not cosmetic!. after my surgery the surgeon told me he took 2 and a half pounds off of each side!! holy cow! that was 3 years ago and i'm still happy with the decision i made!.!.!.!.!.
my suggestion to you is to consider this option!. you mentioned that you are starting to have back pain - don't mean to scare you, but that's probably just the beginning!. you'll probably start getting neck and shoulder pain too!. unfortunately, since you are only 16, it'll probably be hard to find a surgeon who is willing to do that surgery because you are young and still going through puberty - he/she wouldn't want to do the surgery an then your breasts keep growing afterwards and cause serious problems!. you'll probably be told to wait until you are at least 18 (i was almost 20 when i got it done) cuz then you'll be done growing or pretty close to being done growing!. so, my short-term advice is to talk to you mom and let her know how you feel and if you want to have this done!. my long-term advice is to always keep breast reduction as an option and to start "looking around" for a good, board certified, plastic surgeon!.

if you have ANY questions whatsoever, please please please email me!. i will answer any and all of them and try to help you with this!.
hope this helps!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Uuuugh! I am so sorry that you have to suffer so young with this burden!.

While you techniquely have another 2 (or so) years to complete your growing span, you won't likely add any more of the alphabet to your breasts!. At the age of 15, most girls are at the life long breast size, so don't worry!.

Also, don't rule out a reduction if you are having negative side effects from large breasts!. But, you can be proactive now knowing what's in store for you and research back strengthening exercises!. Not only is this an incredibly healthy habit to begin, but you will form a kick-@ss body to match your bodacious tatas!

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes you will feel back pain!. the others are right about getting a breast reduction, but you shold wait until your a little older when you are dure that they will stop growing!.!.!.
my mom got a reduction from an E to a C!. she looks great, but my mom is 37 years old!.!.!. so i would waidt and see what happens!. maybe you should go to the doctor and he can predict when you stop!.!.
you should also ask your mom when hers stopped!. it could be genetics!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would really start talking to your doctor about the possibility of breast reduction surgery, because if you wait for years you are going to probably be suffering with a lot of back pain for a really long time!. I'm pretty sure that a lot of insurance carriers cover that for health reasons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you are growing still!. The growing will end by age 18!. Your lucky I stopped growing way before 16!. I am 21 and only 5'1!. And I only wear a 32A!. I recommend taking alieve,Advil, or Tylenol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow, I'm sorry, but you are probably going to need breast reduction!. It would help with your lower back problems!. Talk with your doctor about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
