well im 13 and i have my period now and we just got a pool and i really want to go swimming but i have my period!. i thought about using a tampon but i dont know how!. i looked at the instructions but i still dont get where to put it in!. any help plz!?!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have 3 orifices down there, (from front to back) urethra, vagina, and the rectum!. You insert the tampon into the vagina which is in the center!.

You should know where your vagina is!. Its in between where you pee and your butthole!. If you just feel around, you may have to like finger yourself a little bit, and then you will find it!. The first time I used one i just read the instructions and I didn't really get it either but i just tried different spots and it worked!.!.!.!.!. I am 13 too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it's goes in your vagina, lol, the whole inbetween your butt whole, and your pee whole!. If your can't find it, then maybe you just need to keep useing pads, and wait untill your periods over befor you go swimming!. Summer's not going anywhere, lol, you still have time!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Start by using a Jr!. size tampon!. Insert half of it in your vagina!. Then relax and push the plunger!.
