It may not be a cyst!. I have 3 ovarian cysts diagnosed by doc and they are not painful at all!. I was told that they would eventually disolve on their own but don't know if they have as I haven't been back to have them rechecked!. But they never hurt before I knew they were there!.
So you may have something else but have to admit that it sounds like it may be a cyst charastically as a tumor is usually hard to the touch!. My sister in law had one in near her belly button and she said it was like a big knot, however hers didn't appear painful at the time either!.
So may be nothing serious and might clear up on it's own as most are supposed to do as they're just filled with liquid!. Well, you'll probably get lots of much better answers and more descriptive than this so the best of health to you and a great day!.
PS, have you had it diagnosed as a cyst or is it something that has just popped up and you're guessing!? If it is something that hurts to push on your right lower right side then it could be your appendix!. You would usually run a high temp!. however!. My 14 year old son had it and was just sluggish and got to a temp!. of 104 and no other symptoms so I rushed him to emergency room asap as the temp!. was a sign of something going on that was not right!.
The got him in right away and his appendix had already burst and he had no pain so go figure!. They did emergency surgery and he had a drain put in for 5 days for the poisionous liquids to run out and then I had to get him up and walk him over and over and then he could come home but he healed up grealy with the scar of course but I am so thankful as I could have lost him with only his sluggishness and a high temp!. not even thinking about his appendix!. NOT TO SCARE YOU BUT IF YOU'RE SELF DIAGNOSING, please have it checked out!.

They can hurt if they are either infected or about to burst!. By all means, do not push on it if that is what you think it is!. Go see your doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may be appendicitus and not a cyst!.!. i would go see a doctor ASAP!.
