I gained weight!!!???!


Question: I gained weight!!!!?!?!?
ok so im soposed to be on a diet but i dont go to camp and i just sit next to the computer and EAT! what should i do to keep me busyyy!?!?!?!?!?!? i just eat and eat and eat!!!!! i cant stop!!!!!!!! and i think its also bcouse of my depression! i have like NO ENERGY to like go out and playyyyyyyyyy or exercise!!! waht can i do to stop eating and hat are somethings to keep me busyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well the depression thing is first!. Whether it be a bad breakup, or a death you need to find a way to get over it a little easier!. Sitting there isn't going to help!
This is what you do!
Call your best friend and ask you go out to get ice cream!. I know you are supposed to STOP eating!. But ice cream isn't that bad for you!.!.!.its dairy!.!.!.look at it that way!.!.!.but its just going to get you out of the house!.!.!.
Then once you are out!.!.!.try going to the park and taking a walk!.!.!.it you like to write!.!.!.write about it!.!.!.if you like to sing!.!.!.sing about!.!.!.dance!.!.!.run!.!.!.!.just enjoy the fresh air and the nice weather!.
After that!.!.!.I would suggest talking to someone!.!.!.the walk will give you time to think and decide what you need to talk about to get this off your chest a little!.!.!.you might even discover a good cry will help!.
When you finally get past that point of depression you need to start taking walks every day to get out of the house!.!.!.take ur pets with you!.!.!.grab some friends!.!.!.or go by yourself!.!.!.
Also try to go bowling or hit the movies with your friends!.!.!.you'll be less inclined to eat if you are busy!

So its hot outside!.!.!.that doesnt mean you can't walk!.!.!.!.try wearin short and a tank top!.!.!.bringing water to drink and maybe one of those spray fans!.!.!.you need to get out of the house to be able to get past this all!.

try eating low based calorie food like oatmeal, fruits, yougurt, and lots of water etc!. this is essential for energy, and everyday just try to jog around your block a couple of times, time yourself and keep on working hard, BE determined and just do it :), u will lose weight in no time and have a nice body, or you could go to the local gym, and when your done go to jamba juice and get a smoothie, thats what i do :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't get so worried about it!. Just find a hobby to keep yourself occupied, preferrably something physical!. Save money and don't buy as much food and spend it on doing something fun!. Go shopping!. Go swimming!. Do whatever you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop bein lazy and do somethin!.!. of course bein in the house sittin in the comp is gonna make u eat and since u're not moving around its def gonna make u gain fat!.!.!. u need to at least exercise!! go out and take a walk!.!.!. it'll be worth it!.!. or get a jobWww@Answer-Health@Com

drink a lot of water sometimes all your stomach is asking for is some water and it fills you upp and drink a lot of it plus instead of eating junkfood tell someone in your family to hhide it or something and do lots of walking

Housework!? Boring but keeps your mind off things!.!. Get a dog and look after it!. Have a hobby!. Like go swimming (though that makes you hungry) Or drama or singing or dancing or something!.
