Question: Does anyone else get a really bad headache on the first day of their period!? I have a throbber!?
Oh and I was at the Dr earlier (because I have a sore arm) and I didnt realise till I got home that I had leaked onto my white trackpants, How embaressing!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I actually don't!. But I think I'm going to start my period in the next 1-3 days and today I had a bad headache (off and on!)!. It happened mainly when I talked on the phone (Weird!) or got really excited!. And now I think just cuz I'm tired I have a headache! And I had really bad low back pain!. UGH! Periods suck!. lol!. I hardly ever have either of the two, unless it's close to my period!.!.so I feel ya on that!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Oh man, not the white pants!. That sucks!. Maybe you are a little dehydrated since it's the first day!? Your body requires a lot more water (and iron and protein) when you're on your period (think of all the protein and fluids being lost)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes!. I do and it is a killer!. It usually starts a little bit pre-period and then is horrible on my first and second days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
