I use always, when im wearing a pad!. Tampons, once you get used to them, are a lot nicer though!. You dont have as much waste, and they dont take up as much room in your purse for when you are going away!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't use pads anymore, but the ones I used were the ones Always Ultra Thin, regulars!. (With the wings)!. I found that the one without wings tended to fold up in my underwear, and then I would leak!. I got the ones that had the moist wipes attached to them, and that was very helpful! I highly suggest these!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I used stayfree, it was really absorbant and I could barely tell I was bleeding!. Get the ones with wings! But for light days I would use always ultra thin!. But trust me tampons are better, so dont be afraid to use them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it all depends on you if you have a heavy period than use the maxi pads!.!.!. but if you have a light one use ultra thins!.!.!. those are great!.!. i love them!!! but its all up to you!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
