Period just not right?!
Question: Period just not right!?
We're TTC right now and I was supposed to get my period on June20th!. I have endometriosis, so I always have very strong, heavy, painful periods!.
Well!. All I've had has been a tiny bit of brown blood on the tip of a lite tampon!. Then today a stringy, mucusy looking thing that was red!. That's it!. No actual flow or anything!.
I took a preg test and it was negative!. I'm going to test again on Friday if still no flow!. If still negative, I'm going to the doctor!.
Anyone have ideas on what it could be!? This is definitely not normal for me, but I don't want to psyche myself up that its a pregnancy and then be disappointed!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're probably right not to get your hopes up - endometriosis can cause all kinds of strange effects like that!. But on the other hand, if this hasn't happened before it could very well be pregnancy!. I have endometriosis as well, and was told that I may or may not be able to have kids!. When I first got pregnant, I didn't know it for almost 3 months because I kept getting light periods similar to what you are experiencing - right around the time I SHOULD get my period!. The negative pregnancy test doesn't sound promising, though!. Those things are pretty accurate!. Give it a few more days and try again!. Good luck, and congrats if you are!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the test says negative!.!.!.are you peeing on it right!?
Always read test directions also, it could come out as a different answer if you do something wrong in the process!.

I've suffered from Endo for 10 years now!. My first piece of advice is not to get amped one way or another!. Congrats on TTC -- what an exciting time! Now for my second answer -- brown blood can be common with endo (when mixed with any hormones)!. It's dried blood!. As far as something stringy!.!.!. I've had that many times! Don't fret!.!.!. Let us all know if the doc says your preggers! Oh, and remember, you can still bleed during pregnancy!Www@Answer-Health@Com
maybe your period is changeing have u been hanging around a certain female friend a lot !.!.!.!.!.!? ur guyses cycle might be going in unison so it might be make ing u late so that nothing drops sjut a little bit off old blood and some clot!.!.!.!. but it doesnt sound like anything to get too worried about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The same thing i went to the doctor and he said that i will have like 3 to 4 months without it :) maybe that is what you have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is not good for you to take advises from here!. It's something that needs to be checked by a doctor!. It's serious stuff!.

Sounds like you could be pregnant!. I took a pregnancy test that came out negative and it was actually positive!. Good luck!. I hope you are if you want to be!.

I honestly do not know, maybe it is just coming later than usual!. I would definitely schedule an appointment with the doctor!. If you are pregnant, Congratulations!Www@Answer-Health@Com
It could be a lot of things like stress or a bad diet or maybe if you were sick recently!. All these things can affect it!.
I would wait til next month!. If you miss it then, take another test!.

Thats weird but I think that kind of stuff just happens from time to time!. I can kind of relate to that but Ive only ever had two periods and neither has been heavy!. :\ good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
my wife has endometriosis, that same kinda thing happened to her and she ended up preygo!. or if you are preygo already it also lead to miss carrage, we had two before we had a babyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Brown blood means it's old blood!. You could very well be or not be pregnant!. But the presence of brown blood could be a contribution by either circumstance!. If you aren't, then there's no need to worry because it's just the way your uterus gets rid of the old left over blood!. I had a similar problem and my doctor said it was nothing to worry about!. But since you're having mucus and and it's kind of red, it could be a possibility you are preparing for miscarriage!. Either way, you will have to wait it out and see what your test shows!.
