some people use tampons but actually people don't know is that when u get in water ur period stops but when u get out and in probably in an hour or so it comes back!. I mean think about it when u take a shower or bath u don't bleed do ya!? If not then u can swim, me and my mom don't bleed in our pool or our tub!. I hoped I helped! Good luck and have fun! =)

Using tampons is no big deal!. Just follow the directions on the box and change them on a regular basis (like every couple hours, maybe sooner depending on flow)!. There is also another product out that is cup-like, but I have not heard of anyone using this to go swimming!.

if you are going to be swimming and on your period then i suggest wearing a pad and underwear under your bathing suit but i think the best thing for you to do is to just not swimmWww@Answer-Health@Com
