Question: Going camping this weekend!?
k so my friend asked me to go camping with her and her family this weekend!. i asked my mom if i could go and she said i could so i told my friend yes that i could but then today i started my period so i don't know if i want to go anymore!. i'm pretty sure there will be some kind of bathroom there but my friend did tell me there is no shower so i won't be able to do that!. i want to go but i'm afraid to go now because of my period!. my mom doesn't let me wear tampons so i have to wear pads the whole time too!. do you think i should go!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you should let your period be an excuse!. If you don't go who knows what you may miss out on!. I think you should take every opportunity you get!. Besides I guarantee it won't be as bad as you are thinking!. Take some wipes with you to cleanse yourself and a whole bunch of extra pads!. Just change often and it shouldn't be a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Why don't you try talking to your mom about using tampons!. It seems like a good time to bring it up because you have a legit reason to want to use them!.
If she still says no ask her to buy you some wipes!. I believe always makes some so you can feel clean without showering!. sounds fun! camping is fun!. everything everyone said before this is the complete precautionary measure you should take!. BEWARE!!! depending on which part of the country you are and what campgrounds youre going to, and if youre really considering attending, be sure to research the wildlife in the area!. bears can smell blood from a great distance and so do other dangerous animals!. good luck with your decision making!. rrrooooaaaarrrr!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
My friend went when we were younger when she was on her and she could only use pads!. She still had a great time!. Its up to you though!.!. if you dont feel like keeping up with it!.!. n if your period makes you moody!.!. youre not gonna wanna sleep in a tent and be all hot!. Maybe you shouldn't since they don't have showers unless there is an alternative shower that you could use!. If not just tell your friend you came on your period and you dont feel comfortable going camping since they don't have any showers!. She should understand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
dependss on ur instintt( girls always have those good!) well if i were you then i would go but going pee in the bushes would be kinda nasty cuz blood would be all over!. it would be like a death scene so pack some wet naps!

I would only do it if i could wear tampons otherwise I personally wouldnt as i cant live withought them!.
