Sharp pains under right rib cage?!

Question: Sharp pains under right rib cage!?
For about the last 4-6 months, I have been experiencing sharp pain right below my rib cage on the right side!. I am a 14 year old female!. I know this is not ovulation because it happens at different times during the month!. I cannot pinpoint where the pain is: it feels like a line right below my ribs running down to my hip!. It is far over, being almost on my side!. These pains usually begin when I am laying down on a bed on my stomach, and they refuse to go away until I have been standing for about 5-10 minutes!. They sometimes start when I am sitting too, but never start when I am standing!. They are less frequent than 1 time a week, though I am not exactly sure how often!. thanks for any help or advice!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on where it is exactly and which side it is on!. It could be different things- if it is on the right side kinda under your ribs, it might be a gallbladder thing!. If it radiates kinda up and down and around your side, it is possible that it could be your kidneys- have you had UTIs before (I've had lots of stones, so I know what that pain feels like) its a sharp stabbing pain!. But I have heard that gallbladder pain is too!. Just go to the doctor to make sureWww@Answer-Health@Com

i get pains that sound really like these-they're sharp kinda spasms, that i can't even WALK with, they're really sharp and intense!.i've been to the doc a few times over them, but they don't know what they are!.i've noticed i tend to get them during stressful times though,if thats any help!?
also,it could be your appendix!.!.!.:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
