Plastic applicators are the best, because they're so much easier to insert!. I've been using tampons for 10 years and I still have an easier time using the plastic applicators over the cardboard (and I started with cardboard)!. I personally love the Playtex Gentle Glide!. I think Playtex also makes a "slimfit" tampon, but I haven't tried that one!. Tampax pearl are pretty good, too, but I've found the Playtex ones to be just all around more comfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Tampax has smaller tampons for young teens!. It's a "slender light" tampon!. It comes in a pink wrapper!. It's a cardboard applicator!.
Some girls prefer plastic!. I prefer cardboard!. Some girls buy the self applicators like OBI brand!. Everyone is different!.
Go to the store and look at the different brands!. I recommend trying to a "slender" style if you can find it!. I like playtex sport, and they are plastic!. Never use cardboard tampons, they are a pain!! My friend tried using tampax pearl and they were very uncomfortable for her, and then she tried playtex sport, and they were much better!. But I would suggest trying a lot of brands (go to their websites and get the free samples) and then figure out with one works best for you!. Good luck!.

Go with plastic!. It's easier to put in!. I like the Playtex Sport ones!. Regular Tampax cardboard ones tend to last longer though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
