Question: Ortho Tricyclen Lo Question!?
So, i have been taking this birthday control for about a year now, but last month, I messed up on my birth control because I went to California for the week and forget my pills at home!. Any way, i called my doctor as soon as i got to Cali and she told me to become a Sunday Starter and just wait until i get my period and take the first white pill that Sunday!. Well, i was very lucky because when i got back from my trip, it was Friday, and i got my period the day before!. So, i took the first white pill that Sunday!. Now, i am on the 4th dark green pill of my pack (the 25th pill), but i still do not have my period!. What is going on!? I know for a fact that i am not pregnant though because i did take a few home pregnancy tests!. I called my doctor, but she is on vacation for a week and i cannot get a hold of her until next Wednesday!. Please help and thank you in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's just because your cycle got messed up!.
I've been on Ortho Tricyclen Lo for 3 years now!. I'm also a Sunday starter!. The same thing happened to me just about!.
What I did, was I stopped taking them for a whole month!. (It sucked but it was worth it)!. I marked it on a calender and then started again on a Sunday a month after!. It will straighten all the problems out!. (You just have to be SUPER careful during sex)!.
Or just continue to take them and it might straighten out on it's own!. I would recommend starting over completely!. Your hormones are probably going crazy since you were on them for so long and then not taking them!.!.!.then restarting differently!.
Sunday starter is the best method for it, I think!. I ALWAYS have my period on a Wednesday and it stops on Sunday for 3 years now!.

ive just started taking birth control and im about to finish my 2 month of taking the pill and i havent go my period yet i got it the 1st month but this month its not here im already staring my 5th day of the period pills and its not here is this normal the doctor says it is i just want to know does this happen to everyone and not just meWww@Answer-Health@Com
Because you did miss your pills for a week it is very possible that you screwed up your cycle!. If you've taken pregnancy test and they're negative I wouldn't worry about it!. If you don't get your next period when you should then I would talk to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There's a lot of things that can screw up your cycle, even on birth control!. In fact, the fact that you're stressing about it can screw it up - in addition to the fact that yes, you changed up the pill routine!.
If you didn't have unprotected sex while your pills were messed up, if you've taken pregnancy tests that were negative, honestly, relax!. You are likely not pregnant - your body is just adjusting to the new routine!. However, if you also don't get your period next month, take another pregnancy test!. If that is also negative, alert your doctor so that they can rule out other things that might be going on!. Some women do eventually not get their period (or only a very light period) on the pill, so that's not completely abnormal if it happens!. It just might be a sign of something else, and, if you have the chance, it's probably better to rule it all out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
